This time I picked it up and forgot to throw it away. It often happens that I also collect cigarette remnants in my pockets. When I smoke and there is no trash bin around, I do not throw the remnants on the ground because elderly people, grandmothers and grandfathers, clean that street, and they are paid from the budget.
