Emergency Incident in Yerevan: Fire Breaks Out at Secondary School No. 47

Today, on March 1, a major fire occurred in Yerevan. At around 07:15, the 9-11 Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received a call reporting that a fire had broken out at Secondary School No. 47 in the Sari Tagh neighborhood.

According to shamshyan.com, two firefighting teams from the Yerevan Fire and Rescue Service's No. 3 fire brigade arrived promptly at the scene. It was determined that the fire had erupted in the sports hall of Secondary School No. 47, located at 67 5th Street in Sari Tagh.

Firefighters first prevented the fire's spread and then extinguished it. It was revealed that the flooring of the sports hall and several sports mats had burned.
