Aliyev and Erdogan Offer to Organize Talks with Russia: Zelensky

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan have proposed organizing negotiations with Russia, according to RT.

"Ilham Aliyev and President Erdogan have offered to organize talks with Russia. This can only be welcomed," Zelensky said in a video message posted on his Telegram channel.

On February 26, it was reported that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a phone conversation with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu, in which he provided detailed information about the conducting of a special military operation in Donbas.
