Security at the Russian Embassy in Turkey Strengthened

Turkish security forces today halted an attempt to hold an unauthorized rally near the Russian embassy in Turkey. TASS reports this information.

"An attempt was made to carry out an unauthorized action near the embassy, which was suppressed by local security forces. The Turkish side has taken measures to strengthen the security of the Russian diplomatic representation to prevent provocations," stated the diplomatic mission.
