Another Armenian Soldier's Remains Found

During the search operations for the remains of soldiers and civilians reported missing or killed in the 2020 military actions, a rescue team today conducted efforts in the Martuni region's areas occupied by Azerbaijan. This was reported by the Artsakh Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The rescuers discovered and retrieved the remains of another Armenian soldier (a reservist and volunteer who participated in the military operations). His identity will be confirmed after a forensic examination.

It is worth noting that from November 13, 2020, to date, a total of 1,711 remains have been confirmed as a result of the search operations and the exchange of bodies with the Azerbaijani side. The Ministry of Emergency Situations will provide additional information regarding the forthcoming directions and results of the search operations.
