Regarding agreements on Nagorno-Karabakh, the document notes that the Russian Federation and the Republic of Azerbaijan will continue to support the efforts of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, and the President of the Russian Federation in implementing the provisions of the statements made on November 9/10, 2020, January 11, 2021, and November 26, 2021, which serve as the foundation for strengthening stability and security, unblocking all economic and transport links in the region, and regulating relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia.
According to the text of the declaration, the parties “cooperate in foreign political activities to ensure stability and security in the Caucasus and Caspian regions.” In addition, the declaration includes provisions related to cooperation in the field of nuclear energy and security threats.
