Putin Orders Russian Armed Forces to Ensure Peace in Donetsk and Luhansk
Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the country's Foreign Ministry to negotiate the establishment of diplomatic relations with the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) and Luhansk People's Republic (LPR).
Putin has also tasked the Ministry of Defense with ensuring peacekeeping operations by the Russian armed forces in the DPR and LPR.
