US Warns of Possible Terrorist Attacks in Russia; Zakharova Responds
The US Embassy in Moscow has issued a warning to Americans about possible terrorist attacks in Russia, according to TASS.
"According to media reports, there is a threat of attacks in shopping centers, railway and metro stations, and other crowded places in major cities, including Moscow and St. Petersburg, as well as areas along the border with Ukraine," the text states.
At the same time, the embassy did not provide links to specific publications on which the conclusions regarding the possibility of terrorism in the Russian Federation were based.
Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, responded to the message: "To the question at the US Embassy in Moscow: have you communicated the relevant data to your Russian colleagues through partner channels? If not, how should this be understood?" she wrote on her Telegram channel.
