Recognition of Luhansk and Donetsk by Russia Will Violate Minsk Agreements: OSCE Chairman
Recognition of the self-proclaimed people's republics of Luhansk and Donetsk by Russia will violate the Minsk agreements. This was stated by the current chairman of the OSCE, Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau.
“We all followed the meeting of the Security Council in Moscow with great concern and emotion,” he said.
