Putin Informs Macron and Scholz of Intent to Recognize Donetsk and Luhansk Republics
Russian President Vladimir Putin has informed French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz that he is preparing to sign a decree recognizing the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics. This was reported by the Kremlin's press service.
