Macron Proposes Summit with Biden and Putin

French President Emmanuel Macron has proposed holding a summit between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Joe Biden, according to the Élysée Palace.

As reported by Kommersant.ru, the U.S. President has confirmed his agreement to the meeting, provided that Russia does not launch an attack on Ukraine. The Kremlin has not yet commented on the information.

The Élysée Palace stated that the presidents of Russia and France had another phone conversation on February 21 regarding attempts to resolve the situation in Ukraine.
