Ukraine Does Not Plan to Negotiate with Leadership of Self-Proclaimed Republics

Ukraine does not plan to negotiate with the leadership of the self-proclaimed republics. This was announced by Oleksiy Danilov, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

Earlier, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stated that offensive operations in Donbas are not planned. Today, Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba also mentioned that "Ukraine is not conducting and does not plan to conduct offensive operations or diversions in Donbas."
