Azerbaijani Armed Forces Target Citizen Engaged in Agricultural Work

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh reports that on February 15, a report was received at the Askeran regional police department regarding another violation of the ceasefire regime by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces and the targeting of peaceful civilians.

As a result of verifying the received information, police officers from the Askeran regional department determined that on the same day, around 15:30, in the administrative territory of Kharamort village, a resident of Khnapat village, K.M. (born in 1983), was working the land with a tractor when shots fired from the enemy's combat positions hit the rear tire of his tractor.

Led by department head Arman Sarukhanyan, officers were dispatched to the scene, along with representatives from the Russian peacekeeping forces. Materials are being prepared for initiating a criminal case.
