Major Car Accident in Yerevan: One Driver Lacked a License

On February 14, a car accident occurred in Yerevan. At around 00:30, vehicles driven by 40-year-old Arthur Aloyan, operating an Opel Vectra, and 32-year-old Susanna Stepanyan, driving a Toyota, collided at the intersection of Nar-Dos and Rotomi streets.
