Russia Decides to 'Optimize' Diplomatic Personnel in Ukraine: Zakharova
Russia has decided to 'optimize' the number of its diplomatic personnel in Ukraine, exercising caution against potential 'provocations' from Kyiv or other sides, the spokesperson of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Saturday.
She added that the Russian embassy and consulates in Ukraine continue to perform their core functions.
