I’m Not a Drinker, But Sometimes I Had to with Yeltsin: Lukashenko
The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, has stated that Minsk and Moscow will jointly respond if Kyiv were to initiate a war against Donbas.
“The attempt by Poland to interfere in the Belarusian presidential elections of 2020 could lead to a NATO invasion and the start of a third world war,” Lukashenko declared during an exclusive interview with Solovyov Live on YouTube.
Lukashenko emphasized that Moscow and Minsk have drawn “red lines” for Kyiv, crossing which would provoke a response. He also expressed his belief that the United States is pushing Ukraine toward war.
Furthermore, Alexander Lukashenko suggested that Ukraine could join the Union State in 15 years.
Lukashenko also recounted instances when he found it necessary to drink with the first Presidents of Russia and Kazakhstan, Boris Yeltsin and Nursultan Nazarbayev, stating, “I’m not a drinker, but sometimes I had to with Yeltsin.”
