Emotional Distress Leads to Shot Fired from Window

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh reports that around 04:45 AM, a call was received at the Stepanakert Police Department regarding gunshots heard on Alex Manukyan Street.

As a result of operational measures taken by the officers of the Stepanakert city department, it was determined that at the mentioned time, 36-year-old G.M., a resident of Stepanakert, fired from his house window. He has been detained and taken to the Stepanakert Police Department, where he voluntarily handed over the weapon to the officers.

G.M. confessed that he was in a state of emotional distress and imbalance, as his brother has been missing since the war.

The investigation is being conducted by the Stepanakert Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh.
