Member of Yerevan Council Appeals to Police: Significant Material Damage Reported
The investigation department of the Artashat division of the police is preparing materials based on the report filed by 38-year-old Mikael Manrikyan, a Yerevan resident, on February 2. On that day, he reported to the Artashat division of the police, stating that between 2:00 PM on February 1 and 5:00 PM on February 2, an unidentified person or persons broke the concrete structure of the fenced area of his privatized land located in the administrative territory of the village of Nshavan and stole 60 pieces of 2.4-meter long iron pipes with a diameter of 42 mm.
According to shamshyan.com, Mikael Manrikyan informed the police operational group that he is a lecturer at Yerevan State Medical University and a member of the Yerevan Council, and that he has suffered damages estimated at around 1,500 USD.
