Heavy winds from the cyclone 'Nadya' have caused severe flooding on the roads in Kaliningrad. The management of the national park is urging visitors to refrain from coming to the area.
In Kaliningrad itself, the cyclone is toppling trees, cutting off power to streets, and damaging buildings and vehicles.
