Car Accident in Gegharkunik Province: Driver Taken to Hospital
Today, January 26, a car accident occurred in Gegharkunik Province. At approximately 14:10, a 28-year-old resident of the province, Grigor H., lost control of his "Moskvich 2141" vehicle on Gardmani Street in the town of Jambarak and crashed into a building wall.
According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the accident, driver Grigor H. was taken to the Jambarak Medical Center with bodily injuries.
Officers from the 1st platoon of the 4th company of the 2nd police battalion arrived at the scene, led by platoon commander Edgar Suslyan and squad commander Vachagan Voskanian. The senior investigator of the same company, Bakur Saribekyan, managed the investigative work on site, and materials are being prepared regarding the incident.
The prepared materials will be forwarded to the Military Police of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.
As per G. Shamshyan's information, driver Grigor H. is serving as a contract serviceman in military unit No. N of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.
