Armenia Appoints New Deputy Foreign Minister
The new deputy minister previously held the position of head of the Asia and Pacific Countries Department.
By the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, a new deputy foreign minister has been appointed.
According to the Prime Minister's decision, "Guided by part 1 of Article 9 of the Republic of Armenia Law on Public Service, Mna Tsakanyan has been appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs." Mna Tsakanyan was previously engaged in implementing foreign policy activities outlined in the Government of Armenia's program aimed at establishing, expanding, and developing relations with Asia and Pacific countries, as well as coordinating cooperation with regional multilateral organizations as needed.
