Russia Does Not Rule Out Military Provocations from the US and Kyiv Says Maria Zakharova
Moscow does not rule out provocations from the US and the regime it supports, including military provocations. This was stated by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, on Saturday. She noted that such actions are expected, especially since they have rich experience.
Zakharova also referred to the media reports claiming that Xi Jinping had asked Vladimir Putin not to attack Ukraine during the Olympics as an "information special operation." She stated, "Today, a 'sensational' news item was released via our diplomat in China, claiming that the Chinese leader asked the Russian leader not to attack Ukraine during the Olympic Games to avoid spoiling the event. This is no longer just fake, but an informational special operation by American special services transmitted through Bloomberg."
