Incidents and Deaths Reported Over the Weekend: Police
During the weekend, divisions of the Police of the Republic of Armenia revealed 183 cases of crime, 12 of which were previously committed. This was reported by the Armenian police.
The majority of the crimes uncovered were cases of theft, bodily injury, fraud, and illegal drug trafficking. Specifically, there were 45 cases of theft, 36 cases of bodily injury, 25 cases of fraud, 14 cases of domestic violence, and 10 cases of drug discovery. Additionally, 3 cases each of illegal logging and hooliganism, 2 cases each of embezzlement, property damage, poaching, severe injury, beating, forgery of documents, and seizure of weapons and ammunition, as well as 1 case each of kidnapping, armed robbery, robbery, human trafficking, bribery, abuse of official powers, and torture were also uncovered.
During enhanced service, 2 missing persons and 11 wanted individuals were found. There were also 72 recorded traffic accidents, resulting in 4 fatalities and 106 individuals sustaining various degrees of bodily injuries.
