VIDEO: I have no hostility towards him: Malena on hugging Azerbaijani participant

14-year-old Malena, who brought victory to Armenia at the "Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021," arrived in Yerevan. Relatives and fans gathered at the airport to welcome the young singer.

"I didn’t expect that so many people would come for me. I am very thankful to everyone who came, I love you all very much. Thank you for voting for me," Malena said, adding that the victory was somewhat predictable given the strong response to the song.

"I had never been on such a big stage before, and I was very nervous at first, but after a few rehearsals, everything went well. On the day of the actual concert, I was already enjoying my performance," said the young singer, who dreams of becoming a big artist and continuing to raise Armenia's name.

Malena did not qualify for the "Depi Mankakan Evratesil" competition in 2018, and in 2020, when she was supposed to represent Armenia through a public internal selection, she did not travel due to the decision not to participate in the competition in the post-war period.
