In '94, they left thousands of bodies and fled, while we managed to gather those bodies, organizing their burial over the course of almost two months. Let Aliyev remember that, through international organizations, we were giving back our captives. When we handed over captives to them in '94, those captives did not stay; they moved to another country to live. They requested our authorities to allow them to go to another country."
