Body of Man Discovered in Central Yerevan

The Investigation Committee of the Republic of Armenia is preparing materials to clarify the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a man's body in a street section of one of the buildings at the intersection of Abovyan and Koryun Streets in Yerevan.

A report regarding the incident was received from a citizen on December 19, 2021, at 16:25, and an operational-investigative group arrived at the scene immediately. As a result of the measures taken, it was determined that the man was a resident of the aforementioned address, born in 1939, who had jumped from a height.

A forensic examination of the body has been appointed.
