Emergency Incident in Yerevan: Fire in Bus on Route 26 Prevented

Today, on December 14, an emergency incident took place in Yerevan. At around 18:50, the crisis management center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received a call reporting a bus on fire on Gayi Boulevard, in front of Tatul Krpeyan Park.

As reported by shamshyan.com, before the firefighting unit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived with one firefighting team, police officers from the 4th platoon of the Yerevan patrol service, Senior Officers Gurgen Danielyan and Edik Sasunts, arrived on the scene promptly. They cordoned off the area and used fire extinguishers from their vehicles to combat the fire.

According to preliminary information, fortunately, there were no casualties. It was found that the rear tire of a Bogdan brand bus serving route 26 had caught fire.
