First Meeting of the '3+3' Platform Kicks Off in Moscow
The first meeting of the '3+3' platform has commenced in Moscow. Representatives from Armenia, Russia, Turkey, Iran, and Azerbaijan are participating in the meeting. The participating countries have presented their discussions at the level of deputy foreign ministers.
It is noteworthy that Georgia has announced it will not participate in the meeting due to its disputes with Russia.
Recall that the '3+3' format was proposed by the presidents of Azerbaijan and Turkey following the 44-day war in Artsakh. Although Georgia is not participating and the meeting is taking place in a '3+2' format, it continues to be referred to as '3+3'.
