Current Statistics on Coronavirus Infection

As of December 9, a total of 300 new cases of coronavirus infection have been confirmed in Armenia, bringing the total number of infected individuals to 341,768. According to the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia, 19 citizens have died from coronavirus in one day, raising the total death toll to 7,747.

No deaths from other illnesses have been registered among patients infected with the coronavirus. As of December 9, the number of deaths from these cases stands at 1,464. In total, 19 citizens died in one day, bringing the overall number of deaths to 9,209.

In one day, 202 people have recovered, with a total of 322,814 individuals having recovered so far. The number of active cases currently being treated is 9,541. A total of 7,741 tests were conducted in one day, with the overall number of tests conducted to date reaching 2,427,511.
