Robbery in Armenian Style: Drivers Argue After Accident, While Passenger Steals $54,000 and Flees

According to SHAMSHYAN.com, a criminal case has been initiated at the Central Police Department under Article 176, Part 3, Point 1 of the RA Criminal Code.

A resident of Yerevan, 37-year-old Edgar N., reported to the police that on Mashtots Avenue, near the 'Malibu' park, a Nissan vehicle collided with his Kia vehicle. Following the incident, the driver of the Nissan unjustly argued with him and then struck him on the head, causing him physical pain.

During this time, the passenger of the Nissan stole his bag from the vehicle's interior and then both of them fled in the Nissan.

Edgar N. informed the police operational group that there was $54,000 in his bag. The police are taking necessary operational and investigative measures to locate the Nissan, the suspected robbers, and the stolen property.
