- There was no meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan within the framework of the 28th OSCE ministerial conference. I would like to emphasize that the Armenian side has never shied away from meetings under the mandate of the OSCE Minsk Group regarding the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
