Let me remind you that two days ago, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov announced that during the meeting of the foreign ministers of the OSCE member countries, the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group adopted a joint statement. This was written on the Facebook page of the Vice President of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation, Armen Ashotyan.
