According to information from the 'Pats' newspaper, certain circles within the government are particularly irritated by Yerevan Mayor Haik Marutyan for being considered a ‘white raven.’ The fact is that, unlike representatives of the current government, he has not just demonstrated cycling or using the metro once or twice or ridden in a so-called ‘paternalism’ style. From the very beginning, Marutyan rejected the use of bodyguards as well as driver services.
