Russia Does Not Want Armenia-Azerbaijan Relations to Deteriorate, Putin
During a trilateral meeting, Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized that this process holds great significance for Russia, as the relations with Armenia and Azerbaijan are of a special nature and have deep historical ties.
The Russian President added that he would not like to see these connections deteriorate; on the contrary, they should be strengthened.
