Lavrov and Cavusoglu Meet to Discuss Further Stabilization of the Situation in the Caucasus

The foreign ministers of Russia and Turkey, Sergey Lavrov and Mevlut Cavusoglu, have discussed the issue of stabilizing the situation in the South Caucasus.

According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, during a meeting of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers, Lavrov and Cavusoglu talked about coordinating actions on key bilateral issues and discussed the coordination of efforts between the two countries in regional pathways, including the further stabilization of the situation in the Caucasus.

The opportunity for joint actions to support the Bosnian settlement was also discussed. There was an exchange of views on the international agenda regarding Syria, Libya, and Ukraine.
