Valeriy Osipyan's Nephew Suspected of Fraudulently Stealing BMW from 33-Year-Old Woman and Selling it to Another Person

The officers of the Nubarashen Division of the Police, led by division head Karen Hovhannisyan, conducted a special operation that resulted in the discovery of a stolen BMW vehicle.

As reported by shamshyan.com, on November 16, a 33-year-old woman named Seda S. from the Ararat region approached the Nubarashen Division, stating that on April 16 of this year, two young men took her BMW vehicle from her in Nubarashen, intending to sell it. However, they did not return the vehicle, and she has reasons to suspect that they have sold it to another person, thereby fraudulently stealing her car.

The officers of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Erebuyn Police, led by department head Armen Gasparyan, along with the officers of the Nubarashen Division, identified the suspects as 29-year-old Sedrak Osipyan and 43-year-old Paruyr Arshakyan. Through extensive operational and investigative measures, the police located the BMW at a location in Yerevan, in front of an auto parts store on Rubinyants Street.

The vehicle was then transported via tow truck to the secured storage area of the Nubarashen Division of Police. According to site information, S. Osipyan is the nephew of Valeriy Osipyan, a former police chief and police major general.
