Video: Azerbaijanis Set Up Wagon Shelter on the Only Road to Chakatent Village

An Azerbaijani outpost has been established on the Kapan-Chakatent stretch of the M17 interstate road. More than 15 armed Azerbaijani soldiers are reportedly stationed at the outpost, which was set up this evening.
