VIDEO: 18+. Police Brutality Caught on Camera, Chief of Police Armed

A video has surfaced on the internet showing police officers stopping a driver, pulling him out of the car, and threatening him while brandishing weapons.

The Helsinki Association for Human Rights shared the video on Facebook, prompting reactions from the Armenian Police and Gagik Abrahamyan, an advisor to the Prosecutor General of Armenia. The police stated, “The police are examining the published video.”

In response, Gagik Abrahamyan mentioned in the comments, “Materials are being prepared in connection with the report received and the video, in accordance with Articles 180-181 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Armenia.”
