Video: Azerbaijani 'Patriot' Apologizes for Firing 30 Shots from Window in Russia on November 9

A 23-year-old Azerbaijani, Tamerlan Ismailov, has apologized to residents of the city of Amur Komsomolsk for firing non-combat rounds from a window. This was reported by Wargonzo, which also published a video featuring the young man.

On November 9, he fired 30 blank shots from the window of an apartment building on Alea Truda Street. It is presumed that the Azerbaijani youth intended to celebrate Aliyev's 'victory' in Nagorno-Karabakh in this manner.

Local police, however, did not understand his actions. He was taken into custody. While in detention, the Azerbaijani 'patriot' realized the gravity of the situation, recorded a confession video, and surrendered the non-combat weapon to the authorities. Furthermore, law enforcement plans to revoke his permit for possession and carrying of weapons,” Wargonzo reported.

It is important to note that Tamerlan's father, Bakhtiar Adil oglu Ismailov, is also reported to not be a law-abiding citizen according to the investigation. It is alleged that he is suspected of selling counterfeit alcoholic products.
