VIDEO. Protest in Tehran Against COVID-19 Vaccinations
Thousands of people have held a protest in central Tehran against COVID-19 vaccinations. This has been reported by Iranian journalist Hayal Muazzin, who has also shared footage from Tehran.
According to the IRNA news agency, children in Iran are being vaccinated against the coronavirus with the Pastococcus vaccine. Alireza Biglari, head of the Pasteur Institute in Iran, announced this. He stated that Pastococcus is one of the few vaccines that has passed clinical trials in the 2-18 age group and can be administered to children within this age range.
Biglari noted that “the vaccine is currently included in the country’s vaccination portfolio for the immunization of children and adults, and in Cuba, it has been administered to approximately 1.8 million children without serious side effects.”
