At Least 90 People Killed in Fuel Tanker Explosion

At least 90 people have died in a fuel tanker explosion in Freetown, the capital of Sierra Leone. Reuters reported this on Saturday.

According to the local morgue, 91 bodies have been taken there so far. The explosion occurred early in the morning after the tanker was involved in an accident. People had gathered to try to collect the spilled fuel when it ignited, leading to the explosion.

Authorities are investigating the incident.
