Food Poisoning at 'Tashir Pizza': 15 Individuals Hospitalized with Intestinal Infection Diagnosis

According to information received from the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Armenia, 15 individuals were admitted to the Infectious Diseases National Center yesterday with a preliminary diagnosis of intestinal infection. This was reported by the Information, Consultation, and Public Relations Division of the State Food Safety Service of Armenia.

Among the affected individuals, 2 are children aged 10 and 13. All affected individuals reported having eaten at the 'Tashir Pizza' food establishment, with 13 visiting the location on North Avenue in Yerevan, and 2 at the site on Khangyan Street.

The condition of the patients is described as moderate. Inspectors from the State Food Safety Inspectorate have already begun oversight measures at both locations of the mentioned food chain. Additional information regarding the progress and results of the inspections will be provided.
