Major Traffic Accident in Front of Police Administrative Building Tunnel; Injuries Reported

On November 2, a major traffic accident occurred in Yerevan. Around 23:40, two Nissan Tida vehicles collided at the beginning of the tunnel on Heratsi Street, in front of the Police of the Republic of Armenia, under unclear circumstances.

According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, two individuals received first aid at the scene from paramedics who arrived promptly and were then transported to Heratsi University Hospital No. 1. One of them was provided with further medical care and later transferred to Izmirlian Medical Center.

Investigation materials are being prepared regarding the incident. Both drivers underwent sobriety tests and were found to be sober.

The police are working to identify the drivers and the injured parties.
