David Sedrakyan Resigns from Parliament

According to Article 155, Part 1 of the constitutional law on the "Regulations of the National Assembly," David Sedrakyan, a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, submitted his resignation on October 22.

As per Article 155, Part 2 of the constitutional law on the "Regulations of the National Assembly," if within one week after the announcement of resignation, the parliament member withdraws their resignation in writing, the president of the National Assembly shall make a statement. If the resignation is not withdrawn, a record is drawn up concerning the termination of the member's powers, which is signed and published by the president of the National Assembly. From the moment of publication of the record, the resignation is deemed accepted.
