The Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Standing Committee on Human Rights Protection and Public Affairs, Taguhi Tovmasyan, is urging the Police Chief to pay attention to the actions involving police officers as revealed in a video published by Mediahub.

“I draw Police Chief Vahe Ghazaryan's attention to this incident. How lawful are the harsh nighttime actions of the police? Such treatment of citizens is highly condemnable. Perhaps you should initiate a service investigation regarding this matter tomorrow. However, it is evident that investigations do not positively influence the recurrence and continuity of such incidents,” the committee chair wrote.
