“If the anti-vaccine campaign miraculously stops and people decide to get vaccinated, the queues will stretch for months”: Garegin Miskaryan

Former member of the Citizen's Decision Social-Democratic Party Garegin Miskaryan wrote on his Facebook page: “It is a comprehensive and universal failure in all areas, and the healthcare sector is certainly not an exception. The ministry calls on people to get vaccinated, but if suddenly, by some miracle, the anti-vaccination campaign stops and people decide to get vaccinated at the same intensity as the average rates in developed countries, then the queues will stretch for months.

Today, testing is mandatory for the unvaccinated, and this requirement has led to unmanageable queues that are more aimed at spreading the infection than preventing it. And it's no secret that there are no more beds available in hospitals.

Now you might ask, what do I suggest? I suggest packing your bags and quietly leaving this country. For instance, to Georgia, for a week or two.”
