VIDEO: How a Mercedes Crashed into a Garage in Ejmiadzin

On October 9, a dramatic car accident occurred in the city of Ejmiadzin, where 51-year-old Gevorg Hovhannisyan from Yerevan veered off the road and crashed his Mercedes into a garage area.

The accident took place around 11:20 PM on Spandaryan Street, near the 'Apricot' supermarket. Hovhannisyan's vehicle left the traffic lane, collided with the garage wall of house number 46, breaking gas pipes in the process and ending up in the yard of a resident's home.

As a result of the accident, G. Hovhannisyan sustained bodily injuries and was transported to the 'Ejmiadzin' medical center. He was accompanied to the hospital by rescuers and officers from the traffic police's 2nd division, 1st platoon, using their service vehicle.
