My tenure in public office was carried out with devotion, applying to the maximum extent my experience and knowledge gained throughout my life and career. I have realized that institutional solutions can and must be provided not only in the public sector but also in the private and civil areas. This belief has contributed to my decision to create a stable, viable, and developing platform to promote the development of strategically significant technologies, consolidate existing potential, form new strength, and create value for making the country much safer, more secure, and powerful through national participation.
