It is now clear why the red berets have stormed the 'Arush Arushanyan' alliance headquarters in Goris and are conducting a search. According to lawyer Armen Melkonyan, the reason pertains to a criminal case initiated in the police's organized crime department.

"A criminal case has been opened, alleging that Gagik Arushanyan, the father of Goris Mayor Arush Arushanyan, distributed bribes on October 16, 2021. Based on this, the Yerevan Court of First Instance has granted permission for a search to be conducted today, on election day, by the police," Melkonyan stated.

According to the lawyer, they have received a copy of the decision and are waiting for the search to be carried out in order to discover the 'expected' money and lists here.
