Olympic Triple Champion Albert Azaryan's Daughter Dies from COVID-19; Wife Passed Away Four Days Earlier
Today, Olympic triple champion and world-renowned gymnast Albert Azaryan's daughter, Zhanna Azaryan-Sargsyan, has passed away. This was reported by the Facebook page of School No. 19 named after Nikol Aghbalyan, where the 64-year-old Zhanna Azaryan-Sargsyan had worked.
Her death was caused by the coronavirus, compounded by accompanying health issues. It is noteworthy that four days ago, Albert Azaryan's wife, Elizaveta Azaryan, also passed away. She was buried yesterday, on October 7.
